Today Microsoft showed us a prelimary version of the new Windows OS called Windows 7. First impression: It's gonna be a nice one. A very cool feature is the support of "touch scrolling" when combined with a touchscreen. Next to scroll you can size images with your fingers, twist and turn them and page through a foto album like it's a book. There are also some Microsoft Surface tables on the booth with the same capabillities, if you're familiar with surface it's more or less the same experience. Playing around with these touchscreens is really fun. I am not sure if we can say goodbye to our mouse yet, but new ways for user action are coming in that's for sure.
